Desperate Times

In the aftermath of what happened when an experiment at SciTech Labs went horribly wrong, we find Vincent, the lone survivor of the trio of scientist responsible for the outbreak, trying to work with the military to contain the virus. However, things take another unexpected turn when he discovers that zombies aren't the only dangerous beings on earth that feed on humans. And these beings mean all kinds of business.

Cassian, the master vampire of Chicago, now finds himself homeless, his food source threatened and his coven in danger. To say that he's not in the best of moods would be the understatement of the decade. He realizes that he has to join forces with other vampires and humans if they have any chance to survive this new menace that puts them all in jeopardy.
